Nearly all Americans - regardless of political party - agree that America has made both incredible achievements and ugly errors. This opinion was shared by 94% of Democrats, 91% of Republicans and 90% of independents, according to a recent report released by More in Common. The same report also showed that similar percentages of Americans (95%, 91%, and 88%, respective) agreed with the statement that Americans have a responsibility to learn from the past and fix our mistakes.
